Q3. How can I send a formal inquiry to get your quotation sheet?

A.You can send us an email with detailed requirements, such us model number, quantity, do you have shipping agent, any customization, etc, then we will reply you the quotation immediately.

Q4. What is the delivery time?

A. 2-3 working days for samples and 20~35 days for bulk order. But the accurate lead time should depend on the production season and order quantity.

Q5. We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?

A. Yes, we can print hotel special logo for you.

A.Sure! You can order one sample to check the quality.
